Preamble
This document is a public offer ("Offer") from BBStats, registered at Mashtots 1, Yerevan, Armenia (the "Service Provider"), addressed to any capable individual or legal entity (the "Client") to conclude a service agreement for access to the bbstats.am software-as-a-service platform on the terms below.
Acceptance of this Offer is effected by the Client through registration on the platform and payment of the subscription fee for a chosen plan. Acceptance constitutes a concluded contract equivalent to a signed written agreement.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Service Provider grants the Client access to the bbstats.am platform for managing basketball leagues (live scoring, statistics, team and player pages, public website, branding, and related features) for the paid subscription period chosen by the Client.
2. Price and payment
The subscription fees for each plan are published on the Pricing page and are denominated in the currency stated there. Payment is made online by bank card through the Service Provider’s payment processor. VAT, if applicable, is included or itemized as indicated on the invoice.
3. Activation and term
Access is activated immediately after successful payment and is valid for the paid billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected by the Client). Subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods unless cancelled by the Client before renewal.
4. Rights and obligations
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, not to infringe third-party rights, to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Service Provider undertakes to make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to process the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The Service Provider’s liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure.
7. Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the city of Yerevan unless mandatory consumer law in the Client’s country of residence provides otherwise.
