1. Digital service, no physical delivery
bbstats.am is a digital subscription service. Access is activated immediately after successful payment. There is no physical delivery.
2. 14-day cancellation window
Consumers (natural persons acting outside of their trade or profession) may cancel a first paid subscription within 14 calendar days of the charge and receive a full refund, provided the service has not been used substantially during that period. "Substantial use" means, for example, running live games, exporting data, or creating more than a trial amount of content.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request" and your invoice reference. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and credit approved refunds to the original card within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
4. Non-refundable items
- Renewal charges after the first 14 days of a given billing period, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
- Custom add-ons explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase (e.g. setup fees, one-off branding work).
- Amounts already paid out to third-party providers on your behalf and not recoverable (e.g. domain registration fees).
5. Cancelling future renewals
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your billing settings. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charge is made.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the account pending review.
